What is the Career Advancement Program?

Endeavor Air pilots have an exclusive, guaranteed and contractual career pathway to Delta - no testing or interview required. If Delta is your goal, Endeavor Air is without a doubt the best place to start.

What are the criteria for advancing to Delta?

A guaranteed career pathway is provided for all Endeavor pilots. To be eligible to advance, an Endeavor pilot must:

-Serve 24 months in active service as an Endeavor Air Captain;

-Have no DUIs within the last 10 years;

-Have no less than an honorable discharge from the military; and

- Submit to a background check, finger printing and drug testing.

Additionally, pilots must meet certain requirements related to training records, disciplinary letters, attendance and reliability.

Are pilots required to have a four-year college degree to advance to Delta?

A college degree is recommended, but not required for advancement to Delta.

Can a pilot still try for an Off the Street interview at Delta?

Endeavor pilots may choose to interview with Delta as an OTS candidate, but if they are not successful, they will no longer be eligible for advancement through the Endeavor pathway.
